When Leo's girlfriend disappears on a Thai island, he throws himself into finding her. But two years on he's still got no idea where she is, has lost his job at a local newspaper and is crippled by anxiety and panic attacks.

Just as things seem to be at an all-time low, he gets an offer to go to Kathmandu to find a politician's daughter. This could be the break Leo need, but can he find someone who doesn't want to be found in a city on the other side of the world?

This the original version of my debut novel. 

I have re-edited and re-published this book since its publication in 2019, tightening up the story to make it closer to the “thriller” style books I now love to read and write.

My re-edit of the book in 2023 was generally met with kind comments from readers. Some, however, were so keen on the original version that they didn’t want it to change. Here is that original version!
